At Laser Periodontics & Gum Surgery, we are committed to providing exceptional periodontal care while making the insurance process straightforward for our patients. We are here to help you understand and utilize your insurance benefits effectively.

Our goal is to help you achieve and maintain optimal care, which is not necessarily the goal of your insurance company. Another fact that most dental patients do not realize is that each dental insurance plan has a dollar amount limitation each year.

Our office will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits.

Dental insurance is a contract between your employer and the dental insurance company. The benefits you will receive are based on the terms of the contract that were negotiated between your employer and the insurance company, not the dental office. Unfortunately, some of the services that you may need or want will not be covered by your dental insurance.

If you feel your procedure may be covered under your medical insurance, you may submit the claim to the insurance company, and we will be glad to assist you in any way we can.

Dental Insurance Plans NOT Accepted

We work with a wide range of insurance plans to accommodate our patients. However, please note that we do not accept HMO or DMO plans or participate in Medicaid plans such as Fidelis, Emblem, Metroplus, Health First, and Affinity.

To ensure that our advanced periodontal and gum surgery treatments are accessible, we offer flexible in-house payment plans, as well as payment options with third-party lenders, such as, CareCredit, Alphaeon, Wells Fargo, and Lending Club. Our team will assist you in finding a suitable payment solution, regardless of your insurance situation, so you can receive the care you need without financial stress.
